Hand-fabricated sterling silver ring with diamond accents set in 18K gold. Hand-cut and carved rose quartz set in 22K gold with 23K gold leaf in the carving. A 1ct. natural tanzanite set in 18K gold recessed in the rose quartz. Top of ring is approximately 1 inch by 3/4 inch. It is currently a size 7 1/4, can be sized.
