Hand cut and carved optical quartz with 23K gold leaf applied to the carving surrounding a portrait cut sapphire. Both stones are set in 22K gold bezels on a sterling silver ring shank with rose-cut diamonds set on either side. Ring top is approximately 1/2 inch in diameter.
