Hand carved portrait cut quartz with a diamond set in 18K gold inlaid into the top of the quartz, 23K gold leaf has been applied to the carving. The quartz has rose-cut emeralds on either side and all three of the stones are set in 22K gold. The ring shank is made of sterling silver and has the center textured are oxidized. Ring top is approximately 1/2 inch by 5/16 inch.
