A hand carved portrait cut lemon quartz features a rose-cut diamond set in 22K gold at its center. The quartz is set in 22K gold on an oxidized sterling silver ring with four diamonds in 18K set underneath on either side of the stone. The ring is approximately .75"L by .6"W by .45"D with a ring band width of .2".
